Texas Education Agency Approved
Our defensive driving course is approved by the Texas Education Agency, which means our online course is accepted at all of the courts in Texas. Our course is approved for both ticket dismissals and insurance discounts.
To comply with Texas state law, all of our driver improvement courses are six hours long. Students must complete all six hours of the online course to receive a certificate of completion. During the course, we will ask you personal verification questions to ensure that the person who will receive the course completion certificate is the person who is taking the course.
With our Texas Education Agency-approved driving safety course, you may dismiss one traffic ticket every 12 months. To qualify for traffic ticket dismissal, you must hold a valid Texas driver's license, or be a member, or the spouse or dependent child of a member, of the United States military forces serving on active duty, and provide proof of automobile liability insurance or other proof of financial responsibility.
Our course is completely self-paced; you may log in and out as many times as you wish. We offer customer service assistance 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
